Yourdigitaltwin is a small, Cyber Essentials Plus certified IT support company based just outside Carlisle. James Sandham started it in 2017 after years of looking after IT for other people, and works alongside his son Aidan.
We look after small businesses across Cumbria, the North East and South West Scotland. When you ring, you speak to one of us: the people who know your setup and will fix the problem.

James Sandham
Founder
James has worked in IT for 26 years. He looks after Microsoft 365, email security, devices and networks for our customers, sets up and maintains our Cyber Essentials Plus standard, and builds the automation tools that save customers hours each week. He writes our monthly newsletter and the articles on this site. James on LinkedIn.
Aidan
IT Support
Aidan has worked alongside James for eight years, the last three full time. He handles the day-to-day Microsoft 365 fixes and sets up accounts and email for new starters.
